And it's all veto-proof.

Last week Trains Magazine reported that railroads are presently a pretty good investment.

NEW YORK - Analyst John G. Larkin told the Associated Press that the current railroad environment is stronger than it has been since the opening of the transcontinental railroad in 1869. The Stifel Nicolaus analyst said industry stocks have "the potential to improve drastically over the coming months and years."
