Yeah, I put the flag out for the day. I really wanted to fly it upside down and at half staff considering the treatment our troops are getting today but didn't considering my neighbors wouldn't get it anyways.

"Ryan was highly trained," Harris told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. "He was a Ranger. He was a Green Beret. He was a weapons master. He was in the military for six years, so I can understand the risks. I can't get my mind around something as senseless as stepping into a shower and being electrocuted."

His family is suing KBR. It seems they had known of the electrical faults in the building for months.
