I hope they have already bought the land and got the permits. I don't think you can do that in East Tennessee.
Already In East Tennessee
Actually there are several clothing optional resorts already here. Nashville, Crossville, and Sevier County have successful c.o. resorts. Tennessee apparently has the climate for taking your clothes off.
Unfortunately, we also have an overabundance of ticks and chiggers, which are a problem clothes on or clothes off. At least if you wear clothes, you can spray the noxious chemicals on fabric intead of skin.
So far the locals are stunned but giggling. Won't sunday school be interesting this week?

Ticks and chiggers are easier to find when you're nekkid and you have lots of friends to help you look for them.
I think I'd be more concerned about mosquitoes and uni-toothed banjer pickers.
