Got Clients?

The internet has been broken all day, I could not get anything done!

That is one of over six thousand comments from Clientcopia, a storehouse of tales about clueless clients. Some will cause mental images of customers you have known.

About 10-20% of the unsuccessful attempts were typing the password: "case sensitive". The wording on the login page, which we thought was extremely helpful, was "Remember, your password is case sensitive"!?!?!?

This happens to me about twice per year. Usually, I end up remoting into the user's machine and entering it in myself.

By the way, for those of you who are in the MIS business, here is a similar site, but devoted to poor code, poor employees, poor management, or just poor experiences in the world of computing and programming. It is amazing how many stories from this site I can relate to.
