Hard to say which would be more entertaining: Senator Lumpy or Senator Stacey X.

Which would be
more entertaining..or more frightening.....
As for Burchett he's in the hospital...so you have to wonder what is behind that...
encouragers
Who are these so called people encouraging Tim, Tim, Stacey and Lumpy to run for higher office. Is it a couple of columnists or is there real encouragement? For years I've heard rumors about Burchett and Hutchinson wanting to be mayor and the chain reactions their vacation of current seats would cause. I couldn't see Tim B having the intellect to run a county. Tim H has the intellect but the thought of him with that much power is scary. Between the two of them I'd take a third Ragsdale term. As for a Lumpy and Stacey trade-off that wouldn't mean much.
OMG
A pile of rocks would be better than Tim B. as county mayor.
He's been on my list ever
He's been on my list ever since he repeatedly called me ma'am. I suppose he's was trying to be polite - but heck, I'm only 10 years older than he is.
I felt like he was talking to my grandmother.
I would like to look more at
I would like to look more at Bob? Dykes of South-Doyle homeowners association for county mayor. With Rogero for city mayor.
Is that the guy who's been
Is that the guy who's been speaking for the neighborhood at Commission meetings? Very impressive.
I do believe Madeline plans to run for Mayor next time.
Well, of course
Rachel, ma'am. I mean ma'am Rachel. I mean ma'am.
Shurf Tim
Hutchison had significantly more power as Sheriff than he would have as county mayor.
The county executive is essentially a fiscal agent, preparing the budget and whatever. Ragsdale has tried to make the job more but it's not.
Either Burchett or Hutchison would be a vast improvement over Ragsdale, but Hutchison has had more administrative experience. IMHO, he would do a fine job. I hope he runs. -- s.
U R Right
Sandra you hit the nail on the head per the county
mayor's job.
The mayor is "essentially a fiscal agent".
Plus the mayor can be helpful to commission by
presenting reports/options on issues before them.
The candidate that will be elected will be the one voters
think understands budgets AND is interested in working
with commission...not controlling it.
I am sure Tim Hutchison
feels so much better, now with Sandra Clark encouraging him to run. Heck, look what Sandra did when she managed Mary Lou Horner's race. With all the R. Larry negatives, Sandra still couldn't pull it off or on for that matter.
I am sure
I am sure Tim Hutchison

Sheriff Tim would welcome Sandra encouraging him to run alot more than he cares for the like of BH. And your statement about Mary Lou is not true. She did the decent thing and drop out because of term limits. That is the only reason Larry Smith won.You had nothing to do with it. Now go fight with Rob some more and stop picking on Sandra.
