Tennessee family medical leave act

I think this bill is poorly

I think this bill is poorly drafted. It refers to giving "sick and annual leave" without stating whether the employee gets seven days total of sick and annual leave combined, or seven days each of sick and annual leave. Furthermore, there is at least one punctuation problem - "Healthy Families Act". should be "Healthy Families Act."
Finally, am I a grinch if I am completely apathetic about yet another law that provides benefits to married couples that same-sex couples are not eligible for?
