Congratulations to the Knoxville Ice Bears, champions of the Southern Professional Hockey League. I attended tonight's game as the Ice Bears beat the Jacksonville Barracudas 4-2, completing a three-game sweep of the championship series. --Mark Harmon

Was great to be at the game and see the HOME team win the cup on le Colisee ice for once...
That was my orange/purple broom gracing the ice after the clock counted to zero.
Looking forward to defending the cup next year. I hope the league gets a couple of new teams to mix it up a bit as well.
