Correction: I previously stated that Bush allegedly did these things for fun. That would be hard to prove. Maybe he really hated torturing frogs when he was young. Yeah, that's it. He did it because it was the right thing to do. History would vindicate him. After all, liberals change with the wind. Conservatives never do. They're born with superior judgment, fundamental unshakable beliefs, and clear understanding of right from wrong.
