This is a problem created by the politicos of Florida and Michigan. They should pay. If the state legislatures don't have the money they'll have to skip it and the politicos helpd accountable at the next election.
Why not have a primary/caucus similar to what Texas has?

On NPR yesterday I heard that the state parties can take soft money for this -- so some billionair could pay for the redo.
Actually, I like the caucus of people who voted in the primary. At least i think I do.....
