IMHO Isn't this just a drop in the bucket
compared to what these folks have carried off over thepast 6 years already?
He ought to be filing suit against all of these individuals who lived large on the P card, recoverin gall of these personal and fraudulent expenses every step of the way.

It is not about documentation it is about illegal spending or violation of Knox county spending policy which if not illegal should be. Let's see the complete pcard statement going all the way back to day one of the Ragsdale group, I think the citizens will be shocked at how much money has been spent in violation of Knox county policy.
Here is something for the Ragsdale group to think about. Anderson County Clerk found guilty of stealing $1,863.61. It appears the Ragsdale group has stolen a lot more than this.
