Frank Talk: Clown Shoes

You might concentrate on legislation rather than argument. Maybe something to do with road kill, posting the Ten Commandments, or asking your colleagues to go on record as to whether they love the Baby Jesus.

I always get a chuckle out

I always get a chuckle out of any article about Lumpy. The only issue I take with the piece is suggesting that voters could possibly re-elect the Lumpster. I thought I had less confidence in the voters of this county than anyone, and even I don't think that is a possibility. Then again, I didn't think Chuck Bolus would have the nerve to put his name on a ballot again. I guess some people just have no shame.

Didn't Cagle work for Van Hillary and Vic Ashe?

He would be in a position to know an incompetent elected official when he sees one and should be counted on to give reliable and advisable courses of conduct, particularly when possibly seeking election to another term or another office.

You can't fix stupid, you can only appoint them ambassador of Poland and let the citizens of Eastern Europe worry about it.

Absolutely

"You can't fix stupid"
That's the epitaph I want to see on the tombstone of movement conservatism after we're done killing the sorry beast. BTW, Ashe came by that appointment fair and square, he was a**hole buddies with the Dubya at Yell (yup, that's how we spell it down here).

Just kidding, Frank. But my column did hit last Monday.
