"Truck" and trailer belonging to a guy mowing a yard in the neighborhood. Looks like yard maintenance is pretty good business.

I find it rare to see a landscaping or lawn-care business drive a shabby truck. Apparently it's not a bad way to make a living at all.

Yep, and the vehicle's dedictible, too. Unhook the trailer and you've got a nice vehicle for personal use. Only downside I can think of is that I recall business insurance runs higher, but the deductions should more than offset that.

Yes, it is. So is house-cleaning service. Got some friends (husband and wife) who told me last year they made about $125K doing housework for people.
