Ovation TV (DirecTV channel 274) began an eight-hour marathon showing of a BBC documentary called The Genius of Photography today at Noon. I missed the start of it but it is scheduled to be repeated beginning tonight at eight and I shall have it in the can.

Yeah it's nice until they interrupt in the middle of a classical piece with a commercial for a drain snake. They could at least do the dirty deed between movements.

They had a series on The Factory, some BBC documentary, and the secondary characters around Warhol. I lost a day to it.

Your Ovation satellite feed is not The Genius of Photography? I am presently recording the beginning episode (Fixing the Shadows) that I missed earlier.
