There's been alot of talk about the restaurants, newspapers etc that downtown had--when downtown was dead. That caused me to remember the chinese place that used to be on the Square--not an uppity place, a place with a good, cheap buffet and lunch. I enjoyed it but forget the name. I think I remember my last meal there. It was around this time of the year in 1997. It was snowing and I was practically the only person downtown one afternoon, but the meal was great. BTW, I tried Oasis Buffet by the Fellini Krogers yesterday. Its very nice and pretty inside andf the food is good, not something I expected given the Fellini.
