Something about a guy we call Chimpy McCokespoon talking about drug policy that just tickles the hell out of me.
I guess the SCOTUS giving those damn "activist judges" back their minds recently struck a nerve.

Kids now are using prescription drugs...they've moved on
I saw a teenager girl being interviewed about drugs on the news. She said it was much easier and nicer to sneak drugs from your parents rather than having to go into bad neighborhoods and deal with crack head drug dealers. The drug war is working for some. For others it is business as usual. All too often it just depends on who you know.
