Schump says he never had a PR staffer (we now have two), much less a paid outside firm. $10,000 isn't much in the grand scheme, but when you add in the two, full-time PR gurus at $182,000, it gets more interesting. Surely Moses could have used a consultant for the design of the tablets and on his return from Mount Sinai as he delivered the message to the people.
