Birddog could have a point. May not have been a person involved at all. The dogs legs just might have been too short for the can. At least it got near the can!

It happens all the time at Victor Ashe. Though most regulars there are very tidy about poop & they always make sure there are plenty of plastic bags for everyone to use. Some people and some curs just have no couth.

I am guessing it was a short dog that got as close to the potty as it could. Had it been taller you might have scored a bucket. (Those wood lathes on the basket might be hard on a dog fanny, too.)
