Why aren't the prices at the

Why aren't the prices at the pumps going sky high? I thought the price at the pump ($2.75/2.85) was the same when oil was selling around $60-65/barrel.

Anyone got any spin?

Currently selling at $76/barrel.

UPDATE: I think they could reach that level, assuming the US economy doesn't tank along the way. Several analysts are predicting such. Of course we're looking at a different picture if the housing and credit mess lead us into a recession.
