Sandeep, a fascinating young Indian man from Delhi, is always up to something. He has become a family friend via my brother.

He is also trying to get the Indian government to loosen up on ham radio license procedures. His latest adventure is a bit too technical for me, but I was fascinated by his pics and the small glimpses it afforded me of his life far away.

"A few little 'roadside stray kids' and 'a few stray dogs' [ whom I love to see in wild..I like to see them as Wolves...not as Dogs ] gave me company during the the DXpedition inauguration and also went through of my old 'ham radio book' [ Scanning the World with Amateur Radio ]...and attempted to find out what the heck I was doing there by the side of a road. I did not have any weapons with me. I think that is not an absolute necessity if people have good intentions."

Apparently things must be done clandestinely over there sometimes. We take our freedom so for granted here.

Sandeep is a dear friend. I applaud his awe of life and his courage to try to reach out across boundaries of space and time.
