Even if only half of these allegations are correct, Olbermann has provided pretty damning evidence that the terror alerts/scares have been questionably timed.

It wasn't so very bad when

It wasn't so very bad when we discovered we have a lunatic who's lost touch with reality in the white house But it seems to me his condition has proven to be contagious.

It's like the Emporer's clothes

Anyone with even a speck of intelligence has to question all these fantastic plots that appear and then disappear like fireflies in the night. It just shows how manipulative and cold these Republicans are in Washington. I still worry there will be some sort of national "crisis" come election time. If a state of energency is announced, elections wouldn't even have to be held. After the fake WMD debacle, I would put nothing past these guys.

Olberman

And I thought O'Rielly was bad. Does Oberman even attempt to balance any of his stories? Does MSNBC? I've never been much of a tin foil hat nut that thinks "they" are out to get me. I think we train our law enforcement well and most of the time they don't let us down. Most of these so called conspiracy theories if exmined are to complicated to make sense. Oh yea and did you know that fire has never melted metal? I guess all thos blacksmiths at Dollywood have been fooling us and all the steel that has been made in Knoxville really wasn't there.

Your right Wayne. From Jeff Gannon all the way to Cheney just yesterday stating that there was a connection between Iraq and Al Zarqawi even though this has been unequivacly disproven by a bipartisan commitee. We are all just a bunch of conspiricy theorists with tin foil hats on.
I am not sure which theory you were referring to regarding the WTC but it is a stretch to label progressives as the authors. Interestingly enough did you see yesterday Gulliani had a reporter arrested for asking a question about his knowlege of the WTC collapse and his lack of knowlege in regards to the 9/11 commission?

I remember making jokes

I remember making jokes about it at the time, when the threat levels kept getting elevated around the '04 Dem convention.

Hey Carole, they don't need a national emergency...they've got caging lists, remember? More than one way to spoil an election.
