I remember coming back from a trip to the Pacific rim and having an agent walk up to me and ask me if I had more than $10,000.00 cash on my person...I laughed fairly loud at the insinuation that I even had $10,000 much less cash and the authorities moved on, no doubt, to other similarly sinister passengers.

Now comes this story that may be the scariest one I've heard lately.

Every money counselor I have ever heard says the same thing first..."Pay off your credit cards." But it turns out that if you actually do such a thing, it is considered "Unusual behavior" and the Department of Homeland Security is notified and your money is held up.

I pay off my credit card every single month. The DHS must be watching my every move. Let's see...

Has spoken negative things about:

Bush...Yep!

Cheney...Yep!

Condoleeza...Yep!

Rummy...Yep!

Neoconservatives...absolutely.

Frist...Well of course.

Member of the ACLU...Danged straight!

I can hear the agents talking..."Ok, boys, we'd better watch this one. Just 'cause he's from Georgia and has that English sounding name don't mean he ain't a Arab synthesizer or something..."

Then they find out I pay off my credit cards everysingle month and...

"Danged terrorist tendencies if I ever saw any, Boys! Take the safeties off and shoot at the first sign of aggression, like going to a soccer game or something."
