Pro se

Pro se litigants can really screw with their opponents. Of course, representing yourself is a fundamental right, but this guy is doing it because no sane lawyer would ever take an abusive case like this.

Let's hope the judge in this case is willing to use the power to make the loser pay for abusive suits.

But this is not an argument for tort reform. Facial reform, maybe!

in this case is an administrative law judge in Washington D.C.?
