Condolences on the loss of your dear friend, who just happens to be an animal. Having been there, I know the pain and the emptiness.
May you, when you are able, share your heart and life again with another animal. No other animal can ever replace the one we love and lose. But I believe it is a tribute to those who have gone over the Rainbow Bridge that we are able to love other animals and in turn to receive their love, total devotion and protection.
May Tweety now always be able to run and jump and have all the cookies she wants on the other side of the bridge.

We may disagree on political issues, but I am sorry for your loss. I've been in your shoes and presently have 3 four-legged friends (2 labs and a shih-tzu) who my wife and I treat like our children. At one time I could never imagine having 3. Now, I can't imagine one not being there.
