Sunshine Law??

Would the weekend meeting of Moore and Ragsdale not be a violation of the Sunshine Law? They seemed to emerge with a whole new plan not known about by the public until Monday and it satisfied Moore enough to drop Tyler stuff for now. BTW, new ethics committee member Rev. Sexton is Lumpy's minister. Stacey

Would the weekend meeting of Moore and Ragsdale not be a violation of the Sunshine Law?

No, a violation requires two members of the same body. So a Commissioner can meet with Ragsdale but s/he could not meet with another Commissioner IF they deliberate county business.
