Northern Flicker in Lakemoor Hills this past Wednesday.
Wow...I don't get those on my mountain. At least not where I can see them.
Did see a Barred owl getting royally pestered by little birds this morning. One of the little birds was a hawk of some kind, red tail, I think.
My wife's aunt saw a red-headed woodpecker near Prizer Point on Lake Barkley. Best spot I've heard about so far.
My best spot today was an Eastern meadowlark, but I did see a clutch of starlings which must have numbered upwards of 1,000.
