You know, it's probably in bad taste to say, but hers is one of the better mugshots I've seen.

Yeah, not your usual crazy look, she just looks pissed off. Can't say as I blame her, but I don't know all the details.

Supposedly the arrest reports and in-car video from the KPD cruiser are going to be obtained and made public as well.
The rumor is that he got thrown out of his own Christmas party.
What an asshole. Campfield,
What an asshole. Campfield, that is. His sole objective in posting these mugshots is to humiliate two people in a moment of weakness. How brave! Look, I know a lot of people hate Brian Conley for various reasons, maybe some of them valid. (OK, I'll even say that some of those people are friends of mine whose judgment I respect.) Here are some points to ponder, though: (1) What the hell has his wife done to deserve having her picture plastered all over the net? (2) Campfield's designation of the Metro Pulse as "leftist": huh? (3) Conley is a conservative Republican, from what I hear. (4) Who gives a shit?
I hope everybody who enjoys watching the videotape takes a moment to repeat the phrase: "There but for the grace of God go I."
Be careful this New Year's Eve, thou paragons of flawless character.

Yeah, it's not like the MP has ever ran articles with the same intent. Goose, gander. If you're gonna be a dick, don't be surprised when someone is a dick back.

Given the somewhat less than stellar past of The Rep, this page could well bite his ass one day.

Yeah, the rep's mugshots are probably floating around, too. And he and the media really should leave Conley's wife out of it. Seems like they (or at least she) was trying to be responsible, but again we don't know all the facts.
really should leave Conley's
ON that, I concur.
ETA: Reps mugshots? Was he arrested?

It is a cheap shot to drag Mrs. Conley into this.

What a piece of work
How can the idiot not get the name correct? I would imagine that if he can get the mug shots, he can get the arrest report. After that all he has to do is be able to read.
Brian has little to do with the day to day running of the MetroPulse according to those who go there most everyday. While technically he is responsible for whatever content the paper has, I imagine that most of the time he sees it about the same time as the rest of us do. (of course, I see my column first.) The Lambert editorial(s) were hardly consensus opinion.
I was not there and do not know what happenend during the arrest or immediately prior. However, I know what has happened when I've been arrested and feel safe in advising caution about jumping to conclusions.
Overall, that blog entry simply confirms my opinion that Campfield isn't just a piece of shit. No, he is pretty much the whole damn turd. He is entirely too proud of all the ignorance he has accumulated over the years.

Campfield v Conley
Such a pair.
Such a dilemma.
I'll just grab a seat on the fence and watch this one.
Yeah, I couldn't figure out
Yeah, I couldn't figure out which was funnier, The Rep's rant or The Publisher's mug shot. That that someone getting a mug shot is anything to laugh about necessarily.
Either Campfield is even
Either Campfield is even thicker than I thought or he can't resist spinning this episode as a political straw man. Probably both. "This is what happens when liberals become powerful. Just a reminder from us good Christians."
What a dip. Also reminds me again of this about a true conservative in power who pushes the same message but has trouble following it himself.
