Decision on Knox County Charter coming today?

A rumor has been flying around today that the Tennessee Supreme Court will be releasing its opinion on the Knox County Charter today. I kept looking for it and finally gave up, figuring my source was wrong. I just got a phone call that it's coming out at 4 pm CST. Has anyone heard anything about this?
UPDATE: Seeing as it is 5 pm CST and nothing has been release, I'll take it that this rumor isn't true. My apologies.

Hehehe...good! They have good reason to be skeered. The supremes may actually force them to obey the law. I can see how that would frighten them.
They should be skeered cause they don't know the law and what they don't know could hurt them. Heck, they might even have to learn to read.
