Figure thunder's got another deal cooked to swap out some prime water front property for some other unusuable and unbuildable property which is too steep to do anything with.

other land swaps but I do know thunder is moving on a new lake
side community just north of Chattanooga that is reportedly going to put the others to shame.
The demand for 1M dollar lake lots is so big there are lists that are FULL just to try to bid on one now. TVA will have to see the big dollars when they are waved and get into the game, it is their nature.
