And he came out four-square against polygamy. I am NOT kidding.

Over the weekend, he put out giant "Vote Randall Parker for Traditional Marriage" signs. Evidently he thinks this is his money issue. Wonderful how these bachelor Republicans champion an institution they avoid like a barbed wire enema in their own lives.
And actually, Parker, who never speaks of his own family, came here from Arkansas in '03 or so and started running against Harry Tindell as soon as his feet hit the ground.
This race has gotten very little attention. Parker is a Campfield clone -- even rented one of Campy's slum houses for several years and had Campfield's minions going door-to-door for him.
Harry, who has lived a Tennessee life ;-) has been a good legislator who has built up considerable respect and clout on Capitol Hill. I think he deserves another term.

Harry

I like Harry too, even though he favors polygamy ;-)

Betty, I live on Shamrock around the corner from you. The other day I received a mailer from Parker that included his cellphone number. I called it and he answered. I thought he was going to pee his pants when I demanded that he refrain from sending his hate mail to my residence.

WTG, Susan. Glad to hear

WTG, Susan.
Glad to hear from a neighbor, although it's kinda weird, to live so close and "meet" only in cyberspace, eh? Hope to meet you in the real world by and by. The woman next door has a Parker sign. Evidently she was persuaded by the obnoxious door-to-door guy Parker borrowed from Campfield. I haven't wanted to ask....

I'm on my way down to Christenberry to vote now -- I'm an Election Day traditionalist who is about to re-think my devotion to tradition after being barraged with negative pushpolls over the last few days. They have been almost all from Corker cohorts. Blech!

Bill Dunn is solidly against allowing bi-sexuals to marry a person of each sex. Too bad, you could get alot of needs met that way. Stacey
