TDOT announced today that trucks longer than 30 feet will no longer be allowed on US129 from Tabcat bridge in Blount Co. to the TN/NC line, the portion known as "The Dragon."
Based on personal observation, it's impossible for semis and other big trucks to negotiate those curves while staying in their lane.
