If you haven't read Dahlia
If you haven't read Dahlia Lithwick's article, at least go read cwg's great Daily Pulse post about the article:
http://blogs.metropulse.com/the_daily_pulse/2014/06/ramseys-plan-to-oust-justices.html
Then get out and vote to retain the whole lot of them!
And Dahlia has clarified it; Ramsey is a sham of a leader.
And he will blatantly beg for Koch brothers dollars to sell out our State Supreme Court. Just like he and the TEAs have tried to remove and deny our Right to Vote, claiming 'fraud', how he is selling our safety and security from gun lunatics to the NRA and gun sellers, now he wants to find judge candidates with NO integrity, no record of ruling a case based on the LAW. He has the legal knowledge of a persimmon.
Thank God our Tennessee lawyers want their cases heard by impartial, legal experts.
He is working against Tennesseans who deserve equal, impartial justice.
