We're sure this is just a glitch that will promptly be fixed by Adam Kleinheider once he hears about it. (By way of an anonymous tipster.)

UPDATE: A spokesman for Lt. Gov. Ramsey said their usual policy is to follow back, but this should have been an exception. The follow has been removed.

Hahaha. Check the "follows"

Hahaha. Check the "follows" for @jessiparker166. "She" follows both Bill Haslam and Ron Ramsey. I smell a rat.

A.C. Kleinheider responds:

Thanks for pointing this out. We generally have "follow back" policy for most followers. Obviously, accounts like this one would be an exception. Thanks again for calling our attention to this.

It appears to have been corrected.

Twitter emails notification of new followers' profiles

UPDATE: A spokesman for Lt. Gov. Ramsey said their usual policy is to follow back, but this should have been an exception. The follow has been removed.

What is somewhat puzzling about this reply from the Ramsey spokesman is that Twitter only sends you an email notification with the full profile information and photo of your new Twitter follower --- in this case, if Lt. Gov Ramsey's Twitter page was first being followed by JessiParker166, the Ramsey camp would have the following information to review about JessiParker166 before following back:

Jess Parker
@jessiparker166
I'm 24 I'm Fun Crazy Party Animal;) I'm A Stripper & Pole Dancer
Just Looking 4 Friendship☀☺Cape Town

And not so much email notification (actually, nada) --- when you initiate the following of someone else's Twitter page. I suppose that Lt. Governor Ramsey's office or the Office of Legislative Administration will still have the Twitter email notification for follower JessiParker166 on file.
