I grew up listening to the Singing Convention and attending the occasional Singing sponsored by the Mulls. I still watch it every Sunday morning at 7:00, though I miss seeing Preacher Mull on the set. J. Bazzell Mull was a pioneer, what with the radio stations, the longest running local TV program in the country (on TV in Knoxville since what, 1952?, he basically signed on with WBIR) and giving lots of groups help in the gospel music business.

Heaven now has someone to organize all those harp-playing angels.
