on how to recognize customers who might be succepible to being manipulated by some manual rebate shenanigans.
Once they've documented the existence of the training sessions, it's just a matter of calling the roll to indict everybody that was at the meeting for conspiracy to commit fraud. There are a number of other items and indictable offenses as well but its sounds like the training session is now a given occurence.

will it lead back to Jim Haslam or our esteemed Govenor.

Well, it seems that since one of Bill Haslam's strengths in the last campaign was his business experience, then he has a problem: either he knew about it, or his "experience" was a facade, an image merely created to appeal to voters, and his "experience" was manufactured by pr.
But being involved or associated with people focused on screwing the little guy will be a liability in the next election.
