Nashville's WSMV has been practicing the lost of art of journalism. This is how charters are able to game the system to their advantage.

Charter schools dumping low performing kids right before tests?

Surprise, surprise, surprise.

This is a huge story.

And I call BS on the use of the term "attrition". The KIPP principal acts like student attrition is something that just happens. Nonsense. KIPP chooses to kick those kids out at test time, and they end up back in the public school. If the principal wants KIPP to take the scores of these students, then keep the damn kids enrolled at KIPP schools. Easy-breezy, lemon peasy.
