If it snows like it's been raining, they're wise to call it early.

When it snows, it will probably come down fast and hard, in a sure panic inducing kind of way.

I got four cell calls from my son AND his third period classmates ("Hi, Miz Shepherd, This is Brittany. I just wanted to say "hey,"" followed by delirious giggles.), so I just went and picked him up.-mostly to relieve his teacher, who was clearly having some trouble keeping a lid on things.

There were a good fifty parents in the front office and my son said 1/4 of his class had already gone home.

Also, the mister called to report that oodles of his co-workers had ditched, too, whether or not they have kids?

Just arrived back home about ten minutes ago and there was snow hitting the windshield along with the rain as I climbed the driveway.
