After blowing a chance to win it in regulation with an easy field goal and instead letting the clock run out, Whitehaven wins in OT on a gutsy do or die two point conversion play. First state title since 1963. Congrats to Whitehaven on a great win.

It brought tears to the eyes of this old Whitehaven Tiger, I tell you what... Dodson was amazing, but I would be lying if I didn't tell you I had to turn if off after the screw-up at the end of regulation. I should have known.

Yes, congratulations to Whitehaven. Great game. It was cute when one of the Tigers did a false start full blast through the Maryville line. He looked sheepish. The other players just patted him on the head. They sure have to grow up quick from high school football to college football.
