Dang, I drove right by there today and thought there was a Boy Scout jamorbee happening.

The prize is a ticket to the grand opening and a weekly free sammitch for a year?

Do they also get a free "I'm a loser" stamp on their foreheads?

Min's picture

No.

Just an anti-gay bumper sticker for the car.

Winners not only get to

Winners not only get to attend the restaurant's grand opening...

Really? A churcy chicken party and a free grease bomb for a year?!
At the risk of sounding like my grandfather, I truly don't understand the corporate centered culture of the kids nowadays.

give them a sandwich and they will come

The Knoxville Tourism people should take note. The people camped out came to Knoxville from all over the country to try to win a free sandwich a week for a year.

Chick Fil-a has its faults but it has been my experience that their customer service is outstanding, the stores are spotless and there are several healthy options.

I agree. Their people say,

I agree their service is good. Their people say, "My pleasure" when responding to a thank you. Whereas, most customer service people say, "No problem." Gee, thanks. We encountered someone who said "My pleasure" at somewhere other than CFA. We asked and, yes, they used to work at CFA.

A free lifetime supply (literally) of used styrofoam with every meal. Oh wait. Everybody gets that--it's normal business.

Just a reminder: Chick-fil-A

Just a reminder: Chick-fil-A actively works against equality for gay and lesbian citizens. I never liked their food, the chicken tastes funny to me, but I haven't eaten at one since I learned this and I won't eat at one again. Gays and lesbians have enough people causing them problems without people like the owners and management of Chick-fil-A hating on them. I'll take my patronage elsewhere.
