Maybe TDC, etc. will finally let it go.
From Josh flory and the News-Sentinel ...
"As you can see, Knox County goes from my side of the aisle to the plaintiff's side of the aisle," Valliant said in an interview. "I don't know what you call that."
Sanders acknowledged in an interview that his the county's position had changed, and cited the county commission's 2010 vote, rejecting a sector plan that encompassed the business park.
"For my client, I think it's best that the current zoning be consistent with the current sector plan," he said. The attorney said that if TDC wins in court on the zoning issue, there will be an inconsistency between the current sector plan and the current zoning.
When a community does this it should mean something ...

I was going to suggest they
I was going to suggest they take a look at the Pellissippi Place research and development business park in Alcoa. But, it is a little far for their existing employees to drive.
However, business/industrial park developers should keep Pellissippi Place in mind.
Five years later, nada.
Now they are wanting to develop a new retail, residential, mixed use area as a "new" downtown Alcoa. Maybe the should just take over Pellissippi Place.
Hah!
