You may recall that former U.S. Congressman Lincoln Davis and his wife were denied the right to vote because they had been purged from the voter registration database.
Davis has now filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of Tennessee voters seeking "a federal court order requiring the State of Tennessee to restore the names of all Tennesseans who were improperly purged from the State's voting rolls."
