Steve and I have been to Young-Williams for a 'meet & greet'. We took the kids to be sure they would accept a new member of the family and everything went extremely well. This is Rowdy. He's a boxer about a year old and a little sweetheart.

Tomorrow at four, come hell or high water (or snow), we go to bring him home.

I Love Rottweilers, but......

I can love a boxer (or two) as well. Lu has also learned to tolerate the little kibble snatcher.

Steve's son Jake will be staying with us for the weekend and he doesn't know about Rowdy. We plan to just haul him (along with Lulu and Titus) over to Young-Williams for the surprise.

Jake has a Chihuahua at his mom's house and he once considered Titus a big dog. Then Lulu sat on him.

Titus is a brindle boxer, also from Young-Williams. He was removed from his abusive family by law enforcement. He is a senior citizen with a touch of arthritis (thus his affinity for my waterbed) and without a full complement of teeth.
