Knoxville Young Professionals Mayoral Forum, August 30th
"Under 40" crowd to host forum and political symposium

Four of Knoxville’s Young Professional groups have teamed up to host a joint debate for the five candidates currently running for city Mayor Tuesday, August 30th at the Knoxville Museum of Art, 6:30-9:30 p.m. -- Young Professionals of Knoxville, the Young Professional Democrats of East TN, Knox Country Young Republican Federation, and the Knoxville Overground. A meet and greet will begin at 6:30 p.m. with the League of Women Voters conducting a "What City Government Does" presentation at 7:30 p.m. and the debate following at 8:00 pm.

This event will be unique from the other forums with its questions targeted toward issues facing young professionals and other under 40 groups.
