Oh, so Padgett thinks we have

Oh, so Padgett thinks we have "too many" projects and the south waterfront might have to go? NOT what he said at the COIN forum. And NOT going to win him votes in south Knoxville.

And Harmon would put it on hold (not what he said at the COIN forum either) and thinks Cumberland Avenue is "more important." Don't guess he expects many votes over here either.

Who the blazes is Bo Bennett?

Clarification

I don't believe he said it might have to go. The sense I got was that he felt we might pause/postpone if finances were tight. Harmon definitely said Cumberland should come first.

Why does nobody understand

Why does nobody understand that the South Waterfront is NOT a PROJECT??? It's a 20 year plan, the idea being that as private $$ kicks in and develops pieces the City will kick in $$ to provide infrastructure pieces to support it.

"Postponing it" makes no sense in the context of the south waterfront.

Oh, I'd say there is at least

Oh, I'd say there is at least one candidate for mayor that understands just fine. It is most likely the one with a background in planning and experience with projects of that type. You know, the one that will not need to be brought up to speed on all of the meetings. Why yes, Madeline Rogero is her name. Thank you for asking.
