The Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development has received notice that Manpower (dba Chattanooga Business Services) laid off 132 workers between 8/6/2010 and 8/31/2010.
UPDATE: KNS reports the layoffs are related to the Consolidated Biscuit Co. closing.
