Is this guy not aware of handwriting experts? Is Citizens the only bank in world with no video surveillance?

From a layman's perspective, the signatures look like they were produced by the same person, one being produced in a more hurried fashion.

The first loop, the "s" like marking in the middle of the loop and the 45 degree angle "cross through" on the "H" would be hard to replicate by someone without those tendencies.

But at the end of the day, as mentioned with surveillance, are there no witnesses? If it winds up there aren't, that would be convenient.

He doesn't say he didn't sign the guaranty, he's claiming he didn't sign the renewal or the extension.

lots of questions here

the loans weren't notarized? no lawyers reviewed the documents? no one witnessed the signatures? just seems like there are a lot aspects that don't jibe with what you would assume would be SOP for bank loans.

but then, i've never been involved in million-dollar deals. maybe those just require a handshake. or a wink and a nod.
