Tennessean: Susan Lynn pushes state sovereignty for Tennessee:

Lynn says she believes government should act only to protect "your life, your safety, your welfare and even the morals of the community."

Rep. Susan Lynn is running for the State Senate 17th district seat being vacated by Sen. Mae Beavers (R-Mt. Juliet). This is the same Susan Lynn who filed bills to ban government mandated health insurance, outlaw human tracking devices, and create school vouchers, among other things.

Republican Stacey Campfield also claims to be running for the State Senate District 7 seat being vacated by Sen. Tim Burchett. Republican Brian Kelsey, Campfield's District 31 Memphis doppelganger, is already there by way of a recent extra special election to replace Republican Sen. Paul Stanley, who got caught up in an extramarital affair/blackmail scandal with an intern.

Lynn and Campfield have drawn credible Democratic opposition.

Democrat Randy Walker, a Program Manager and Business Developer for Oak Ridge National Laboratory, is running for State Senate District 7.

Democrat Aubrey Givens, a Wilson Co. lawyer and rancher, is running for State Senate District 17. (It must be a real conservative district. His platform: "Firmly Against a State Income Tax, Will Protect the Sanctity of Marriage, Will Protect the 2nd Amendment." No mention of human tracking devices and state sovereignty, though.)

That quote is money. So,

That quote is money. So, government can do anything I want it to do? Thanks for confirming that, Rep. Lynn. Wow.
