This morning in Chancellor Weaver's court the Charter Amendment 3 Lawsuit passed round one and advances to another court date.
Over an hour and half of vigorous discussion resulted in the case advancing. Attorney Robert Watson was corrected in his interpretation of the Jordan ruling by Chancellor Weaver not once but three times.Twice Chancellor Weaver read the Jordan decision to Robert Watson verbatim.
J.J. Stambaugh of the KNS was present and interviewed both attorneys.Will there be a story in the Sentinel?
