For 12 years she, along with her husband, has refused to pay taxes. Seminole County, FL, took their house to pay the delinquent taxes. The IRS wanted their money as well.

"For seven years, [Donna] Brinkle and her husband, Joel, 77, filed nuisance liens against their adversaries, including public officials such as Seminole County Sheriff Don Eslinger and State Attorney Norm Wolfinger."

Last summer a warrant was issued for her arrest by Seminole County, FL, authorities. The charge? Pretending to be a lawyer and process server.

Ms. Brinkle was recently found and arrested in McMinn County, TN, as a result of the Florida warrant.

Guess what? Florida doesn't want her anymore.

Do we want her in our community, or would we just as soon leave her in Tennessee? . . . It's been my experience, people of her type never give up. You battle them until they die. . . . If she's moved to Tennessee, well, I'm sorry for them but glad for us."
