County/City Community Development Five-Year Consolidated Plan:
Next year, the two Community Development Departments are required to submit a Consolidated Plan ("Con Plan") outlining how they expect to spend Federal funds and the dollars Federal funds leverage over the next five years (2010 – 2015).

The topic category for this should be 'Government Humor Federal.' At least in this one instance it's not a goofy Knox County thing. It's a goofy HUD thing. The Feds named that plan that just about every state, city and urban county across the country has to complete.
