The House today passed the Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (H.R. 4173) by a vote of 223 to 202. No Republicans voted for the package of consumer protections and financial reforms. 27 Democrats, including Rep. Lincoln Davis, also voted against it.

Here's how the Tennessee delegation voted:

  • Rep. Phil Roe (R-TN1): No
  • Rep. Jimmy Duncan (R-TN2): No
  • Rep. Zach Wamp (R-TN3): No
  • Rep. Lincoln Davis (D-TN4): No
  • Rep. Jim Cooper (D-TN5): Yes
  • Rep. Bart Gordon (D-TN6): Yes
  • Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN7): No
  • Rep. John Tanner (D-TN8): Yes
  • Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN9): Yes
